Annie and the team at Bush to Beach Real Estate, has spent 10 years turning houses into homes. We’re small but mighty, Your residential and rural property specialists and offer free appraisals. As we celebrate 10 years, remember, we’re not just about promises; we’re about loyalty, trust, and service.
We kicked off as a mother and daughter team and have grown our rent roll and sales portfolio to become a small boutique agency we are today.

Annie is born and raised in Townsville and has over 40 years local knowledge and experience of the area to provide clients with the level of service and dedication it takes to make Property Management simple.
Annie’s focus is to deliver outstanding loyalty & service to tenants, landlords, Sellers and Buyers. Bush to Beach Real Estate Pty Ltd (Bush to Beach) is very customer service focused and ensures that our clients are guaranteed attention to detail above and beyond our opponents.
Annie’s office is conveniently located on Ross River Road, Kirwan.
